How quickly will my order be processed?
At Blue Dawg, we process orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during Sale periods, it might take up to 72 hours to process orders due to a higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on your location. During Sale and Holiday periods delivery may take up to 7-12 business days

What are the shipping costs?
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is charged all across Pakistan for orders below Rs 2999.

Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can easily follow your package’s progress.

What if I’m not at the delivery address when my order arrives?
If you’re not at the delivery address when your order arrives, don't worry! Someone else at your house or workplace can pay and collect your order.  If that’s not possible, they'll typically attempt a second delivery or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.

We recommend checking with the courier (using the tracking number) for any delivery updates. If you're unable to locate your order, please contact us, and we’ll help you sort it out.
