Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Clothing must have the original tags attached.
The product must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

If the size ordered does not fit
If you received the wrong colour
If there is a defect or issue with the product

How to Return an Item

Free Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Processing:
After we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.
