Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Clothing must have the original tags attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the size ordered does not fit.

  • If you received the wrong color or size.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@bluedawg.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will be asked to ship the item(s) back to Blue Dawg.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund if the return meets our policy.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

  • One-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, Blue Dawg will cover all shipping costs and arrange a free exchange, replacement, or full refund.
